Every project starts with a 30-minute complementary Discovery Call to see if we’re a good fit. If so, we will schedule a Home Assessment Consultation to review your current home and what you would like to change. We’ll also discuss your goals, lifestyle, style preferences, projected scope and investment, timeline, and my role in making this process effortless. Following this meeting, you will receive a Proposal for our services.

Should you need more extensive changes to your home, such as moving load bearing walls or an addition, a Feasibility Study is required. Thumbnail sketches to work out the flow and the overall layout of the project are used to communicate with the trades and gather information, and make a presentation to you with this info.

It’s time to kick off your project! The existing space is measured, then I return to the studio to create the schematic designs. During this part of the process, I thoughtfully develop 2D and 3D representations of your floor plan, luxury amenities, general design selections, and more. Once the vision is approved, we move on to the details…

The drawings are refined, and selections finalized. We meet at the vendors, so you can see and feel the quality for yourself, along with quotes — and I absolutely want to hear your feedback. Detailed drawings, elevations, electrical plans, and notes are prepared to ensure the contractor will have the information necessary to create the design vision in real life.

Once all selections are approved, I procure the specified finishes, fixtures and materials from our exclusive vendors. Quantities and lead times are confirmed, ensuring that everything is ready to go when the contractor needs them.

Now, it’s time to roll up our sleeves. Once construction begins, I am the liaison between you and your build team, ensuring each detail is 100% aligned with our original design plan. This is especially important for plumbing, electrical placement, tile layout, paint colors and finishes.
