Project Overview
Traditional Glam White Kitchen
In this Menlo Park ranch home, longtime empty nesters transformed their dark 1970s kitchen into an elegant, light-filled space that blends gourmet function with refined style.
After raising their family in the home for decades, the clients were ready for a kitchen that reflected their love of cooking and entertaining-while feeling more like a sophisticated dining room than a utilitarian space.

A Fresh Take on Traditional Glamour
A stunning La Cornue CornuFe range in Provence Blue anchors the design, setting the tone for a space that feels luxurious yet livable. Custom white cabinetry with antique mirrored glass adds depth and light, concealing everyday items while acting like fine furniture.
Refrigerator and freezer drawers replace traditional towers for a cleaner look, while an appliance garage keeps countertops free of visual clutter. The dining area now includes a beautifully detailed pantry and buffet wall-painted to match the range in Provence Blue-creating a seamless connection and a striking focal point when entertaining.
This elegant transformation proves that empty nesters can bring both beauty and function into their next chapter-creating a kitchen that's as inviting as it is inspiring.
What Our Clients Say
"We can't thank Debra enough for the incredible ideas she brought to redesign our home! Starting with the kitchen, we love how she opened up the entire space. It flows beautifully from the kitchen (the tile is amazing!) to the dining room, living room, and the new stairs and landing.
Her vision truly brought everything together. Despite the tricky angles of our original house, she managed to unify it all seamlessly, which is exactly what we hoped for. The cabinetry is fabulous, and the fireplace is nothing short of spectacular. The stonework and new blinds are perfect touches.
We absolutely love our new home!"
